At Arrowtown Apothecary, we offer personalised consultations to meet your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with a quick concern or looking for long-term support, we’ve got you covered:
Acute Consultation (30 minutes, $95): A focused session for acute presentations, common areas include immune, skin, and sleep support. This consultation includes a tailored 100ml herbal tincture, 100g herbal cream or medicinal tea as appropriate.
Kids Consultation (1 hr, $125): A kid-friendly version of the initial consultation for children under 12.
Full Initial Consultation (approx 2hrs, $295): A comprehensive deep dive into all aspects of your health, including full medical history, familial risks, diet analysis, lifestyle, social wellness, stress, sleep and energy levels. We also assess each major organ system and take vital signs to create a detailed, integrative health plan just for you, with the option as a stand-alone consult or for ongoing support through tailored packages.

Packages
Our packages are designed to provide you with tailored clinical support to guide you through your wellness journey. All packages include ongoing email communication, research, treatment plan curation and ongoing revision, in-depth pathology interpretations, prescription management, referrals and collaboration with other healthcare providers, herbal dispensary access and reformulations as needed.
Package follow-up sessions typically last 1 hour; however, we allow flexibility ranging from 30m - 1.5hr to accommodate the unique needs of each client on the day.
*Upgrade to any package after completing an initial consult and receive $300 off.
Please note packages are not inclusive of supplementation, herbal medicine, and any additional referral/testing recommendations outside of whats specified in each package. Monthly payment plans available on request.

Foundational Wellness is a 3 month package perfect for those looking to build a solid health foundation. It includes a full initial consultation, the curation of your integrative health plan, two follow-up sessions, and two 15m phone check-ins. You’ll also receive ongoing support, resources, and pathology and plan revisions to keep you on track.

Functional Gut Reset is a package designed for those looking to address gut health in depth. Over five months, we’ll conduct a full naturopathic assessment and complete functional gut testing with Microbiomix Metagenomic Mapping. This package includes functional testing, 3 hours of pathology interpretation, curation and revision of your tailored integrative plan, 5x follow up consultations and ongoing support via email.

The Burnout Package is designed to help you recover and restore your energy. This three-month program includes a full initial consultation, two follow-up sessions, and adrenocortex saliva testing to measure cortisol levels. Together, we’ll address stress and create a plan for sustainable improvement in your overall well-being.
