No, you don’t need to be flexible to try yoga! No headstands or contortions at our classes. In our view, flexibility or strength beyond your current level isn't a prerequisite for all yoga. The true essence lies in embracing the discomfort of stillness. Our teaching approach fosters exploration at your own pace, guiding you to your edge—the delicate balance between too much and not enough. In class, we acknowledge the strains of modern life, maintaining an authentic and supportive atmosphere.
