Brewing instructions
Cover a teaspoon of tea with near-boiling water and steep for 3–5 minutes for gentle calming support, or double the dose and steep up to 10 minutes for a deeper, more sedating effect. Cover while steeping to retain aromatic and medicinal properties that can otherwise be lost through steam.
